Our Philosophy
Turners Martial Arts Studios is a Private school of higher education focused on teaching students, of all ages, how to develop Skills For Success through the study of martial arts.
Many martial arts schools will tell you they promote Self-Confidence, Self-Discipline and Self-Esteem. Our professionally trained staff absolutely DOES! All of our training, regardless of program, is founded on the fundamental Black Belt Principles:

Our staff is led by Master Joe Turner who pulls together his extensive Education, Corporate and Martial Arts backgrounds to deliver on our mission! You may read more on "Our Master" page.
Ours is not a school that is focused on Tournament competition. We do attend them periodically and our students distinguish themselves admirably. Instead, we consider our "trophies" to be the students that learn to reach new heights of personal excellence. This is manifest by high GPA's in school, placement on Honor Rolls and/or Dean's List, receiving scholarships, attaining Eagle Scout, and a host of other ways.
